What is Fascial Stretch Therapy ?

Wellness Acheived with Gentle Assisted Stretching

FST is a gentle assisted stretching that targets the fascia. Fascia is the connective tissue system found around muscles, joints, nerves, bones, tendons, organs. Basically, fascia is a web-like tissue that spans your entire body. Some have joked, without fascia, you would fall apart.  

The FST stretch therapy method is a very relaxing technique that has great positive impact to to overall wellness.

  When the muscles in the lower back, as well as the hips are tight, the result is often chronic pain. Gentle stretching of the fascial nets, in those areas, help these muscles to become unrestricted. Which in turn reduces pain
